~tools:Yelp has no useful customer service. There is a review on our "unsolicited" Yelp page that violates every rule for posting stated on there site. I flagged the review a week ago and nothing. Day after day nothing with no other way to contact them. How are you suppose to tell them that you have been singled out by an individual who has never had anything to do with your business. I'm sure they would never let these things exist on the top of thier "Review Page" without going after not only the unresponsive, self proclaimed unresponsible host site but the individual who wrote the slanderous, unsubstantiate dribble that was left there. I would gladly take our company off of Yelp but they state that it is anyones right to say what they will about person or business. If they would actually read the review, as I have requested, they would agree that this is not true.
