I was holding for someone for over ** minutes and when they finally got on the line, they told me i had to wait about * hours before a technician could respond to our work order. Our customers were complaining about not being able to hear us and we lost alot of business on that day. * hours later and the issue still hasn't been fixed and no one has called us to follow up. lets hope the next day is slightly better.
