~AB:Customer service rep was not helpful at all!This woman should be reprimanded for lack of customer service skills. When she couldn't do anything for me, she asked if the was anything else she could help me with and hung up! How rude, I am very disappointed this person should not be talking to customers on the phone no empathy, nothing WOW! I just wanted some help with a broken handle on a relatively new microwave. I am a General Manager for a large resort in Maui Hawaii, very disappointed! *****@***.com
