~TweetyBird:I sent a request for cancellation of an order on line. Received an automated e-mail response. The e-mail said I could reply to an e-mail address if I needed further assistance and I sent another e-mail. Response in * minutes (good) but the reply was ANOTHER automated e-mail response (horrible)* therefore, my response to quality and quantity of service and quantity of communication were both "HORRIBLE". And all of this started when I purchased an item for pickup at a store, the item was shows as available for pickup that day and then the store didnt have the item after all. I am not at all impressed with this. HORRIBLE customer service.
