GetHuman-mamapol:On Saturday ******** afternoon at approximately *:** pm I dragged myself into the Walmart at Cranberry Mall, Seneca, PA.**I had been violently nauseous for ** hours and wanted Pepto Bismol. I assure you only a blind person could have missed seeing I was ill.**I approached an employee, a dark-haired early middle-aged woman, slender, explained what I just told you and she waved vaguely toward customer service and told me someone would help me there. I staggered into Custody Serv but there were about * in line and I knew I lacked the strength to get someone's attention and get the point across.**I went back out to the registers feeling steadily weaker, found a sweet-faced blonde girl who immediately went with me to the Health & Beauty Aids shelves, found the Pepto Bismol and led me back to her register. She rang it up and at my pathetic request, extracted two of the lozenges for me because I was too weak and disoriented.**I stumbled back out to my car, sat there for about ** minutes and decided I was sicker than I'd thought. I drove to UPMC NORTHWEST Hospital, not much more than a mile or two, where I learned I was having a severe and life-threatening heart attack.**Does your staff receive no training on identifying and assisting customers who REALLY need help?**I was shocked and disappointed, not to mention frightened and sick.
