Visiting the Vodaphone shop in Bonn Centrum (opposite Karshtad) I had to wait for * hour and ** minutes before the customer service agent would even look at me!Mr. Demirel refused to answer me when I asked him how long it would take (after the first half an hour). After a long day at work this was exactly what I needed. Vodaphone has the worst service in the world and foreigners seem to fall in their trap very quickly. Over priced and no service!!
