I suddenly noticed a message on my mobile saying $**.** had been creditied to my account. Since I was tired of listening to the endless hold chatter, I hung up rather than wait for Theresa to return. Moments later I got a second text message saying I had $*, and that is what is displaying on my phone now. I will have to spend the rest of my day trying to get service, or simply give up and get a different mobile service.
