~catcookie:The customer service is aweful. All they do is tell you to turn the modem off and wait and restart the computer, which I ALREADY DID!! Which is why I'm calling them in the first place!*They are useless. I've had two service calls to my apartment. The first one came when I as at work when I told the csr I needed him to come later and the second time, I left work early and he never showed. When I called back they had it on their end that "the ticket was closed" and the problem resloved which it was and still isnt. And on top of that I could hardly understand anything the was saying to me! Bring the customer service jobs back to america!
