I have been trying for a day and a half to track it (if it were stolen) or replace it. I was getting quite irritated! Thank goodness I happened upon this page! I was finally able to speak to someone with KNOWLEDGE and a dialect I could understand. Evidently, the number on my receipt is the reference number to the purcase of the card, not the actual card number. They will issue a new card (to arrive in *-** days), cancelling the old one. Amen! The agent advised: in the future, do NOT activate the card in the store. Open the card, call the number on the back and put it 'on hold'.
