GetHuman-9385:We signed up for dental coverage in January that was supposed to be active in March. In May, we realized we had never received our cards despite paying our bill on time monthly. When I called customer service, they tried to blame that Maryland Health exchange. After three and a half hours on the phone with them, the manager I was speaking to informed me that although we had been paying for insurance, they had never activated our policy. Currently, they are refusing to provide documentation of that fact. STAY AWAY
