~deauxver:After about ** minutes, the "hold music" stopped playing, and it sounded like someone was about to answer the phone, and then there was silence or near silence for several minutes before I finally heard some identifiable and understandable human voice on the other end - I was patient and gave it several minutes since the line never disconnected until I finally heard the customer rep talking to me. Once established, the line was clear and the friendly sound of a Filipino woman was answering all the questions that I had. I may be a little biased because I am married to a Filipino myself, but the help was in very understandable english that no American would have a problem understanding.
