~Carolyn：Talked to guest services...what a waste of time..the lady I talked to was clueless so I asked to talk to a Manager and was told she didn't know anymore than the one I was talking to...somebody needs to get a grip on guest services or it is useless and very much a waste of time...calling the Corporate Office...geez...a simple problem that has spiraled into a major one...now it's the principle of it...I will get my problem solved even if I have to go to the President of Ulta!!!*Left a number with Ron Brown in Customer Service...let's see how long it takes for him to call back..or if he does???*Been shopping at Ulta for years but right now I am not a very happy customer!
