Node, firmware, hardware modem and other problems have dogged our relationship. The sad part is to think you can bring work home to be around the family and end up having to go back to work. Worst part- internet down through both of the xmas and newyears holiday. No movies, no email, nothing. Unreliable and to think our city has a ten year contract with them. Tired and ready to cancel.
