~happy:I called in for technical support and tried pressing option * for sales so I could speak to someone quicker but they transferred me to the technical support queue in which I then waited an additional * minutes. I submitted an update so hopefully they will change that because there isn't any shortcuts. Overall the customer service reps that I spoke to both in sales and tech support was very kind and they were able to resolve my issues.
