~Geezer:the person with whom I spoke resurrected the image of TTax that I've had for years. That is* efficient, ethical and professional. That well earned image was being degraded, in my opinion, by a Berlin Wall of diversion, that made it almost impossible to get to a living person who could answer question in real time. I am a quiet man but I was exhausted by the complication that repeatedly directs one to another stone wall. Finally, by pure luck I believe, and with the help of google, I came to a person who solved the problem. So with all that said I wish I could ID the helper man. He did his job and he did it well.
