I hung up again, this time after * min! * I got your company on line, when I hit "Dell printer cartridges", was reassured that you were first class outfit...albeit not Dell (no misrepresentation). But....I have an ill feeling, and am cancelling order. Please send pre-paid carton, so I can send backto you the * BLACK cartridges I do not trust. * Thank you,* Harold J.
