~KCM:my * star review isnt for time warner itself as i have had nothing but problems. have to call *-* times a week for issues. however this last time Iesha was my representative. she immediately took me from very angry to calm in a matter of seconds. she was warm friendly understanding and most importantly HELPFUL. out of all the calls i have made to twc and all the technicians that have came to my house, she knew more and was most helpful. I was blown away by some of her knowledge as to why all of the issues were happening. she helped to fix a problem IMMEDIATELY and saved me as a twc customer. she is the type of employee that everyone should have in customer relations. sadly people like her are few and far between! thank you Iesha!
