~RussellsMakeReady:John was awesome! He couldn't find the answer I needed immediately (and I needed it NOW) so he solved my problem another way, one that I wouldn't have dreamed of asking. Thumbtack was twisting the *'s of my CC's and when John saw he couldn't fix it quickly, he credited me ** credits and sent through the * quotes that were hung up and told me to get busy snding quotes while he worked out the issue on his end...Who would have thought?!?!
