~DJ PDR:Westchester (Los Angeles), CA store* Assistant Manager Tasha Wells - on * different occasions, Ms. Wells was extremely rude to me. On *******, when I was returning a damaged & unused luggage, she insisted "No, we would've never sold a damaged item. It looks like you used it and broke it" and refused to accept the return. She flat out accused the customer of lying. I escalated the situation to District Manager & the new store manager Jessie who apologized for her behavior. During my encounter with Ms. Wells, I had a cashier also apologize for her rudeness--"I'm sorry I can't take it back without Tasha's approval, but I believe you. I know you didn't use it or break it." I've also observed how Ms. Wells bullies her staff and tries to manage them through fear* it's not a healthy work environment.
