~Captiva:I called ***-***-**** to request a change from a regular store card to a Mastercard so that all of my purchases count towards earning store points. The man that answered the phone was incompetent. Not sure he spoke English fluently. I asked about the Mastercard and he told me that I needed to apply at the store. I told him that I had asked at the store more than once and was told I had to call the customer service number on my card to have it changed. I was supposed to take a customer survey but he hung up on me so I couldn't take it. Very frustrated customer indeed! Why do companies make it so hard to do business with them? Especially having customer service representatives that mumble and speak inferior English.
