~Munshi:T-Mobile has the Worst Customer Service**I thought T-Mobile has an excellent customer service until I felt the need of Customer Service help. I had a fimily plan for * years with them. Then I needed an individual plan for one year. I called them and explained my need. At first they disagreed and said I have to sign up for a TWO years contract. When I said I will go to a different provider, the representative said, 'Wait' and kept me waiting. After sometime he said I can have a ONE year agreement. Good! I signed up. After * months I was checking how much time do I have for the contract to be over and they told me ** months. I was surprised and told her how is it possible because my contract was for ** months only. She said her computer says ** months contracts. I challanged and told her to pull my conversation from their archaive. She said the respective department will do that and will call me. Two weeks passed no one called. I called again and you know every time you call you have to
