~Gislaine：They were unable to help me & kept me on the phone for ** minutes trying all kinds of different scenarios. Because I was on roaming charges on my personal cellular I had to say enough is enough. I ask that they continue to trouble shoot & contact me back but they told me that this was not the way. I have to be on the phone with them. Last year we had no problem at all now after refilling my phone with minutes I cannot use it to phone. Completely unsatisfied with tracfone.
