It was by far the worst phone I ever bought. I bought it at full price which wasnt cheap. The Internet would not stat connected at all! Every few seconds it would jump off and search. I was so upset. I took it to the tech and they couldnt fix it and wouldnt exchange it. After calling the **** ** times and them trying to fix the issue they finally sent me a refurbished phone. I had the same issue again! Again I took it to the tech and again they couldnt fix and again I called literally ** to ** times and finally they sent me another refurbished phone after I was promised a new phone. Well I went thru this a third time. Today I called the **** about the issue and I had the pleasure of talking to the best sprint rep I've ever spoken to. She was sympathetic and upset that I had to go through getting * refurbished phones se
