~Jcrews898989:Sprint has become such a joke! I have to call u idiots every month to determine my actual bill since I'm given three seprate amounts owed. U have disconnected me on more than one occassion with NO notification I was over, which ur horrible company has owned. I am disgusted that I have on hold for ** minutes with a winner winner chicken dinner who had to put me on hold to approve a $*.** credit which surprise surprise, u guys messed up again. I hung up called back and got the prompt ssaying it's after hours. That jerk off didn't even call back so whatever happened to the great customer service u one had!? Can't wait to call back and waste time out of my day to speak with a supervisor tomorrow. It's such a shame that I switched from Verizon after * years to deal with Sprint who in the last year has done a complete ******* change for the worst. What a joke!!! Signed, diassapointed and pissed!
