I CALLED SPRINT WHRN I GOT HOME AT *PM IN HOUSTON, TEXAS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLDME NOTHING HAS BEEN ORDERED. HERE IS MY TICKET NUMBER FROM ******* *********-****** AND *********. I WANT SPRINT PLEASE SWITCH OUT THE BROKEN SAMSUNG NOTE * THEY SOLD ME ON *********. THIS THE MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE.
