Went to the air port because the spirit web site is NOT user friendly stood in line ** min, finally got to the ticket counter to try a purchase a seat for my sons returning flight was told by this little bitchie agent to go get back in line she was doing boarding passes for the people who needed to get to the gate, i told her i need to get back to work, she was terrible!!!!! finally another young lady helped me she was nice, BUT please do something to your web site its awful, whats the deal with needing a password and creating an account, that makes no since!!!!!
