Unfortunately, his driver's license does not have the middle name and since most of his flying is done in the US, he uses his DL. Bottom line, Ashley was very, very helpful and fixed his name quickly. According to Ashley, I was fortunate to have called and gotten his name adjusted BEFORE I had booked the ticket. I have a feeling it wouldn't have been as easy AFTER booking the ticket.
