~omnivor:Online site would not take my info so called. Guy was surprised that I hadn't been transferred by someone else but was OK. He then transferred me to "Tech Services" which failed and I was sent to sales which, again, gave me the "All customers service busy...etc.". When I just sat there, someone came on line and but back in some kind of waiting, then I was transferred to wrong department, then - after some discussion - was transferred to the right one who got the fix underway. BTW, their records say that I bought it one month but they actually shipped it * months later. Sorry about the extended description...wrote it waiting for their people to pick up. Bottom line is that they seem willing but whoever designed their 'front end' customer contact system needs help.
