GetHuman-409688:I tried to access my account online but was unable to. I called the customer service number. The message said it would be a six minute wait. i waited ** minutes while a recording kept directing me to their website. I finally got a rep on the line and explained i needed to cancel the service effective the end of January because the lease on my Mercedes was ending and I would no longer have the car. It turned out that they had extended my subscription to run to May ****. I told her to cancel the subscription and either send me a check or credit the American Express for the months from February **** on because I did not need the service. She tried to send me a radio and have me continue the service. I told her I only listen to radio in my car and had to be very adamant that I no longer needed or wanted the Sirius service. She finally said my AMEX account would be credited February *th which was the next billing cycle. We shall see how this goes.
