I got an error message when I was to get my pin to reactivate (convenient) so the screen went white but the $ is out of my account! My bank statements are in black and white and are printable). I called that day and was told a supervisor would retreive my info and put it on* this did not happen. I walked to a store the following day (since I had no cell phone) and I asked to speak to a supervisor who had me on hold for an hour and a half! WOW! I hung up. What's more, no one is making records of my calls because when I called later that night from a friends cell (T-MOBILE better cell carrier my friend said) night I asked them to look into the notes section of my two previous calls. I was told that they saw no record of "any" of my calls - WOW! I was told that someone would look into it before his shift was over and that his supervisor would put the cell on. LOL WOW.COM!!! No one did anything. Here it is day * with no cell an
