~elinor:Have been requesting a new ID card for three months. They continue to tell me it has been mailed, or will be mailed. Asked for supervisor three times and was told would be called back. As of today, no card, no supervisor. Was told by last customer service rep that computer glitch was showing cards sent (they even have a nick name for the problem!) but cards not actually sent so would request "special service." Still no card, and my old one is two years out of date, wrong doctor, etc. etc.
