~patti444：Sears continues to deliver false advertisement. They advertise same day service and installation if you purchase a hot water heater before noon. Well, I purchased my heater on Sunday, Dec. **th and they have not come to my home yet. They called me on Monday and informed me that a service man would not be available until Thursday, January *, ****. Also, I had the heater installed myself (for a cheaper price) to find out that the heater is defective. The hot water runs cold making in impossible for me to take a shower. Now What? I will probably have to go through a lot of red tape to have them remove the old furnace and bring out a new one. Who sells a hot water heater that does not remain hot enough to take a shower, wash your clothes or wash two dishes? This is my last purchase from Sears and I trust all who read this comment will take heed! This store does not practice what it preaches.
