Usually spent at least an hour with customer service and still my problem is not solved. Last time talk to supervisor Mary ( ID ******) - she didn't want to understand my problem at all. Just was repeating that she needs to follow the protocol, which she probably didn't follow, because the rep that i talk before her was actually very helpful. I'm trying to replace my phone for about a year now and at this point just want to cancel the service. It's very hard to understand what they are saying. I'm sure their customer service is in another country.
