Still no phone. How to I make them understand that she doesn't have any utility bills (water, gas, light) as proof of residence since she resides in an independent*assisted living facility. I've sent a copy of her monthly statement from Brookdale* copy of her medicine bill from Remedi* copy of her Humana Summary for meds, all having her address. Unacceptable! After numerous phone calls, they indicated I could send a copy of her lease contract, which I did on ** September ****. As of today, they indicated they have not received it. I have never dealt with anything so frustrating.
