I have purchased over $**** certificates from restaurant.com and as they revamped their site to redeem them, many were lost. As I called in to determine the status....* times, I still have not talked with anyone to resolve the issue due to the half hour required to wait on the line......i will NEVER use this service again. Goupon doesn't treat their customers with disrespect! Such awful service!! Stop promoting your mobile app because that service wont make up for the lack of customer service.
