As I called in to determine the status....* times, I still have not talked with anyone to resolve the issue due to the half hour required to wait on the line......i will NEVER use this service again. Goupon doesn't treat their customers with disrespect! Such awful service!! Stop promoting your mobile app because that service wont make up for the lack of customer service.
