GetHuman-103901:The young lady I spoke with would have been willing to assist but her English was so broken I could not understand her and she became frustrated trying to understand me. The return policy is questionable - I purchased from Buy.com which was suppose to be a subsidiary of Best Buy but isn't* can't return to Buy.com have to return to Rakuten* couldn't exchange have to reorder correct item. Rakuten will advise Best Buy of the return and then Best Buy notifies me of the credit. How long all of this will take is anyones guess. No Christmas gift and no effort to replace. There has to be a simplier way to handle returns with this company. Suppose to receive an e-mail with a prepaid mailing address according to customer service rep but not sure she could understand my e-mail address. Suspect there will be more calls to get this item returned
