I called BUY.com and spoke with someone who was definitely reading from a script. They gave me a phone number for a third party seller saying I needed to contact them. I said that I purchased from BUY.com so I wouldn't have to deal with other sellers. The person said that BUY.com could contact the seller and then the seller would call me. Not much of a help. What I want from BUY.com is for them ship me the item I ordered.
