~tester：I have taken about three other Prometric tests, which went OK, but for those, I did not have a problem with the test center. I do suggest that you call the exam site the day before the test to confirm the appointment. I signed up online for a Saturday test and when I arrived on Saturday the place was closed. The owner at least answered the phone number listed for the site, and said he had told Prometric that he would be closed for a few Saturdays, so I should not have been able to book the test at all. Prometric is not open on weekends, so on Monday at *:**am I called, got someone at about **:**am - *.* hours! - then had to spend another ** minutes with the person on the phone to rebook it for later in the day on Monday. Luckily it was not a voucher or else I would have had to contact the voucher issuer too, and that could have meant an overseas call. That person did take care of the problem but it should never have had to happen. I guess this is the level of service to expect when the
