~Jacque:Yolonda was abrupt and interrupted me while giving information. Once I gave her all of the requested info, she just got quiet. After a few seconds I asked her if she was ready for my question and she said yes and it sounded like she hit the phone or receiver a few times. Asked my question, she gave me an answer that I can not verify is true. I asked if a test credit could be given in order to take the test again and she put me on hold to talk with a supervisor. About * mins total and did not receive a favorable answer, darn it.
