~BobbyG:The first CS rep was a doll, but the problem required a step "up" to a guy who was worse than any rep I've talked to in ** years, other than Comcast. He refused to help me reset my password* refused to accept that my email had NOT been hacked* refused to get me to someone who COULD help with it...in fact, it became Kafkaesque in the middle. I never raised my voice, became a B****, nor acted like a jerk at any time. I never complain to management about workers, but this time? Oh, yes I will. On eBay since ****, and Paypal the first year it began. Unacceptable!
