It has NOT! I have emailed them - no answer, called, get no one, tried to fax dispute, but it won't go through. Currently on hold now (after I did the Paypal call back on Get Human - an guy with an accent puts me on hold where I have been for the last ** minutes plus. Will this work...odds are against me? What else can I do?!
