~anjcustomer:By far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Besides the ridiculous wait times- whether it be first thing in the morning, mid-afternoon, or night- expect to wait at least ** minutes, if you are lucky* I have waited almost an hour. While a couple people I've dealt with have been civil, I have also literally had a representative raise his voice to me, for absolutely no reason. I work in customer service, so I know how some customers can be, this was not one of those cases, these people really could just care less because they are a monopoly. PSEG customer service is a perfect example of why communism failed- without competition there is no incentive to improve, or apparently even treat customers like human beings.
