~Racquel:I called ***-***-****. I was on hold for a long time. A recorded mesage came on periodically to get me to go to their website instead. Also, at one point the music stopped, so I didn't know if I was still connected. Finally an "Ali" helped me. The reason I called: my "Norton ***" was not working. The computer I was calling about has dial up. So, one way of helping me did not work, so Ali tried another way. I now have Norton service. I am disappointed that Norton does not make it easy to talk to a live person. Thank goodness there is gethuman.com. *In summary, the wait was long, but I did get a good result. Ali is amazing.
