~Dlwashington ：I have sent my nokia lumina **** in twice because the charging port wasn't working properly. I think this phone has spent more time being repaired then being used by me. Now it's giving me the same issues! although, the customer service wait time is impeccable and I never have to wait, that does nothing for the quality of care I receive when Nokia return to me a still broken phone that was supposed to be repaired. I can do this anymore with this company. Each time they tell me to send in my phone have to be without a phone for two weeks. I think they should at least compensate me for having to deal with this inconvenience while being very patient and tolerant.
