~nvjohnson:Purchased a defective Motorola item. Contacted Motorola.com who agreed to replace the item. I later found out they no longer make the Motorola H*** Bluetooth and was going to replace it with a Boom Bluetooth. I advised I did not want that so they offered a refund once I sent in proof of purchase. Motorola sent out what I did not want and refuse to issue my refund. I say refuse because it should not take five phone calls and still getting no where. I request a supervisor and get the run around. Motorola is full of lies and I get the run around every-time I call. Beware when purchasing from them or their products!!! I will never purchase another Motorola product again.
