GetHuman-jlch:Michael Kors Customer Service is the WORST EVER! Your customer service and employees are terrible, this is what they did to me at the Roseville Galleria Mall. I had a purse I had recently purchased with me when I went into the store. When I packed it to bring it in I put all the stuffing in it, covered the gold chains on the sides with paper and neatly packed it in the purse bag making sure to tie the string, then I put it in the Kors shopping bag. In the store an employee asked me if she could hold my bag while I shopped. When I didn’t find anything I said I would try back later to see what might come in and they handed me my shopping bag. I started to leave the store and couldn’t believe what I was seeing when I looked in the bag. What happened next was even worse. I turned around and two of the employees were standing there side by side. I asked did you open my bag and take out my purse. They just smiled giggled and said Yes. I asked why? The reply was even worse than the first comment. We wanted to see which one it was. I couldn’t even fully grasp what had just happened, I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. On top of all that they left a mess, with the stuffing removed, the bag hanging half out of the purse bag and dropped sideways into the shopping bag. It’s one thing to go thru my bag which on its own is very wrong, but to leave it like they did. This was beyond anything I have ever experienced. This has left me with high concerns about the type of people you employ. Not to think of the fact that sometimes when I shop I put bags from one stores into another bag and carry them. What if I had done that, would they rummaged thru those bags to see what I bought? This whole thing is a nightmare. I told some friends about it and they were floored by what had taken place. I really don’t want to ever buy anything from Michael Kors again. It should be a high end store but it’s more like shopping at a swap meet. When I got home I called the store and asked for the manager’s name and number, Bree said she would and could not give out that information. When I called back later in the day to ask for the manager on duty she said the same thing. She was the manager on duty but she would not give me the district manager’s name or phone number and would not take any information from me to for her to contact me. She said what I needed to do was contact customer service online. Lets’ just note that I had less than their full cooperation. I did call and talk to your customer service and lost my temper and cried… they are as horrible as the employees in the store. Noted! I really never want to go in your stores or ever carry a Michael Kors bag or ware one of my dresses I have ever again. I hate all of it now. The most horrible customer service I have ever experienced. I do have my original receipt and your purse, just as these young ladies left it. Event took pictures of it to send to my friends and family. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! And once you buy Michael Kors you can never get away from him as much as you want to, because his return policy is bad too. MICHAEL KORS… is a nightmare!
