~frank:Spoke with rep * *****, she was very thorough in resolving my issue of getting a refund for service I had prepaid. However, the manager at the Foxon (East HavenI) is not at all helpful, treats people like they are a nuisance to him - the only person at that store that seems to know how to resolve issues is "Charlie" - he should be the manager! I sincerely hope that management sees these comments and takes them seriously. T-Mobile has not improved the service since they purchased Metro as was promised.
