~iloveteeth234:I kept going through the automated system a million and one times and was not given one option to talk to a customer service representative. It kept routing me to options that i was not selecting. Eventually i was disconnected. This happened three times in a row. There needs to be a better sytem to get an actual human being on the phone. Especially when calling from a providers office like I do, talking to a rep is essential. Some of the questions i need answered simply can not be answered by a machine.
