~briancalleo:My account was locked with and I'm required to contact customer service during business hours to get it straitened out. Unfortunately, I don't keep normal business hours and having my account locked up with no way to access email is a setback for my business and a major inconvenience for me. I understand their concern of security, however, they should offer an an alternative method of verification that doesn't inconvenience the user by having to wait until the next business day to access their account
